WELCOME to the Official Website of City Vice-Mayor Marion Santos Andres, now seeking his third term of office, is almost without opposition, like his teammate City Mayor Ma. Lourdes C. Fernando. A duly licensed doctor of medicine. Dr. Marion Andress is former three-termer municipal and/or city councilor to wihch he was first elected in 1992.

Dr. Marion, as presiding officer of the city council, has successfully kept the unity in the chamber and has led the legislative body into an efficient and cooperative partner in progress for the benefit of the people of Marikina.
